As a user
I want to be able to keep the status of the collapsed and expanded sections
so I can have a consistent view of the course every time I'm back to it
Sections’ status should be stored and used when the same user visits the course back.

Acceptance criteria:
- Users can expand and collapse the sections in the course index.
- The status of sections will be the same if the user visits a different course and comes back to the current course.
- The status of sections will be the same if the user log outs and comes back to the current course in a different session.
- Only actions made actively by user will be kept. If a user expands or collapses a section using mouse or keyboard, that action and new section status should be kept. If a section is expanded because contains the current activity, but has not been expanded actively by user, that section status change shouldn't be kept.
