Label resource is indented not to align

      Test in Boost and Classic.

      1. Create a course. It will get a news forum.
      2. As admin, turn on editing mode.
      3. Add a label activity and fill it with lorem ipsum. Save and return to course.
      4. Verify the News forum and lorem ipsum is aligned.
      5. Turn off editing mode.
      6. Verify the News forum and lorem ipsum are still aligned.
      7. Turn on editing mode.
      8. Move the News forum to the right
      9. Move the lorem ipsum to the right
      10. Verify the News forum and lorem ipsum are still aligned.
      11. Turn off editing mode.
      12. Verify the News forum and lorem ipsum are still aligned.

      4. Do add a file resource underneath it, too (to compare)
      5. Verify in editing mode the two resources do align horizontally.
      6. Turn editing off.

      WHAT YOU EXPECTED
      File and label do align since you didn't indent neither one nor the other.
      WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS
      File and label are not aligned.
