PHP8: Google_Service_YouTube does not return error message in PHP8

      When google api key is not valid, the exception is thrown, however it does not contain an error message.

      This causes one of our behat tests to fail

      After investigation it turned out to be the same problem as MDL-70966 in the google library wrapper
