Tests both themes, Boost and Classic (Clean in 35).

Log in as admin

Go to Site Admin -> Registration

Confirm the notification and newsletter are now checkboxes and are unchecked

Enable the checkbox for notifications

Confirm the 'Use another email' checkbox appears

Currently these fields are drop-downs (yes/no).

We should change them to a check-box which confirms the subscription action, default for the checkbox should be unticked.
