There is an issue spotted in the UI for the Quiz activity with the "Save and go to next page" button.

Below are the steps are done to reproduce it:

Steps

1. Create a course and enrol a teacher and 2 students.
2. Now create a quiz activity under the course.
3. Add an essay with plain text and unlimited attachment.
4. Add another essay with HTML and leave the rest of the options untouched.
5. Now login as one of the students and finish the 2 essays and submit them for grading.
6. Login as another student and finish the 2 essays and submit them for grading.
7. Log in as a teacher and navigate to Quiz under the course.
8. Grade the students.
9. Now navigate to Quiz settings -> Results -> Manual grading
10. Click the "update grades"
11. Click on "Save and go to next page"

Expected result

The next essay page should be shown.

Actual Result

It does not navigate to the next page, instead, the same page is shown.
