Change the window to mobile screen sizes

Click on the link: "Reset user tour on this page" at the bottom of the page

Verify that the User tour show then click on "Next" button

Verify that the popup fits horizontally on the screen and that the arrows pointing to the block are working ok.

There are some minor display errors with user tours at mobile screen sizes with the default (Boost) theme:

The edge of the popup sometimes runs off the left of the screen (see attached image cutoff.png)
Arrows pointing to components sometimes appear (arrow-works.png) but sometimes do not appear (arrow-missing.png)

(I'm just filing this; we'll assign an Open University developer to look at it.)
