Moodle 4.0: display user initials when the user has no profile image loaded (navbar only)

      For Moodle 4.0 we will not display the user name in the navbar. When the user has no profile image loaded it would mean there is little information for the user to find their profile menu.

      We can display the user initials in the space for the photo
