Analyse 3.11 performance

      During the code freeze for 3.11, some performance errors were raised (MDL-71464, MDL-71505). They started when MDL-70818 landed.

      Right now they are not easy to reproduce in a clean instance but a real investigation should be done to see if performance can be improved. 

      So this issue is to compare and analyse 3.10 vs 3.11 or 2 months ago vs current as a whole thing.
