In ~~MDL-70722~~ several methods from lib/classes/oauth2/api.php were removed because they were moved to classes in lib/classes/oauth2/service.

It seems that when ~~MDL-28452~~ landed, they were re-added again by mistake. They should be removed because are not used anymore.
