How to reproduce:

1. Create a course with completion tracking and show access restrictions
2. Add an activity 1 with manual completion
3. Add an activity 2 having activity 1 completion as restrict access condition
4. Go to the course an turn edit on
5. Rename activity 1 using the in-place edit

Expected:

• Activity 1 name is replaced in the activity name and also in the restriction access message from activity 2

What happens:

• The name only changes the activity title but not the rest of the apperances.

Note: for 4.0, if the issue is integrated MDL-71228 this issue should be implemented as part of the reactive component that will make possible this kind of interface refresh.
