PDF Editor: Add math and rich text commenting button

      1. Follow the readme file and install all requirements.
      2. Create assignment with PDF submission and feedback enabled
      3. Submit PDF file
      4. Open PDF editor and click on the equation icon
      5. Enter any html or equation (\sum{Fx,b} ), when you ready click confirm or enter 
      6. Click on the PDF area and position the annotation
      7. Save the annotated PDF submission document.
      8. Go back to "View all submissions"  grading table page
      9. Click the "View annotation PDF", and make sure you see the new annotation.
      10. Download the PDF by clicking its link, and check to see the annotation on the local PDF file.

      It would be very helpful for teachers giving feedback to students of math, exact science, and life sciences to be able to overly transparent comments of rich text and math formulas on top of the student's submitted PDF document.
