Follow the readme file and install all requirements. Create assignment with PDF submission and feedback enabled Submit PDF file Open PDF editor and click on the equation icon Enter any html or equation (\sum{Fx,b} ), when you ready click confirm or enter  Click on the PDF area and position the annotation Save the annotated PDF submission document. Go back to "View all submissions"  grading table page Click the "View annotation PDF", and make sure you see the new annotation. Download the PDF by clicking its link, and check to see the annotation on the local PDF file.
