If you are testing with the first commit only :
- Import the quiz : quiz_mdl-71785.mbz
- As a student, start the quiz (or you can preview it as a teacher)
- Look in the Quiz navigation.
- The 2nd section (with questions 3 and 4) should have an empty title
- The 4th section (with questions 7 and 8) should have "(Untitled section)"
- Answer some questions and click on "Finish attempt"
- The "Summary of attempt" page appears :
- there should be an empty heading before question 2
- the table should have an heading "(Untitled section)" before question 7

This was briefly discussed here https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=422343 and seems to be a bug : if the section name in a quiz is empty, it behaves like a new page, not a new section.
This does not concern a title in which we voluntarily put and which behaves relatively normally.
Here is an example of a quiz with 4 sections (2 questions in each section) :
The actual navigation is like this :
We can see that questions 7 and 8 appear as if they were in section 3 instead of section 4.
Here is my proposed solution :
We can now see a dimmed (Untitled section) and questions 7 and 8 appear in this 4th section.
