Enrol users: Cannot search by username

      1. Create a new user whose name is not their username, for example: 

        First name: Neil
        		 
        Last name: Collins
        		 
        Username: colln1

      2. Set the showuseridentity option to include the username field. (This can be set under admin / Users / Permissions / User policies.)
      3. Open a coures and navigate to the Participants page
      4. Click "Enrol users"
      5. Search for the username "colln1"
        1. EXPECTED: The result popup should show the user.

      This is a regression caused by MDL-45242.

      If you have the 'username' field enabled for the showuseridentity option, you can see that field on screens such as the participants list. But searching for that field does not work, i.e. if you search for something in the username of a potential user who could be enrolled, you will get no results. (Searching for all other selectable fields does work.)
