Create an assignment, enabling anonymous submissions and marking workflow

As a teacher, grade a few submissions (do not change the workflow at this stage)

Go to "View all submissions"

Tick "Select all" checkbox

Use "With selected..." to choose "Set marking workflow state", click "Go" and confirm

Set marking workflow state for selected submissions to "Released"

Check that the grades have NOT been copied to the gradebook and released to students.

Steps to reproduce:

create an assignment, enabling anonymous submissions and marking workflow
as a teacher, grade a few submissions (do not change the workflow at this stage)
go to "View all submissions"
click "Select all"
use "With selected..." to choose "Set marking workflow state", click "Go" and confirm
set marking workflow state for selected submissions to "Released"
the grades will be copied to the gradebook and released to students. This should not happen while the assignment is still anonymous.
