Open message notification processor settings scrolls page to top

      1. Login as a user
      2. Select Preferences from profile menu
      3. Press Notification preferences
      4. Scroll down just a bit.
      5. Press Email ⚙️ link to open processor settings
      6. Confirm page scroll position is preserved

      On the notification preferences page, when a user open the settings modal for a message processor (e.g. Email) the page scrolls to the top
