Update the course reports page styling and functionality

      Test 1

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Create a Course and access the course.
      3. Go to Reports.
        1. confirm that you are redirected to the first available course report.
      4. In the given course report page, go to 'Logs' using the report selector element. (assuming the logs report was not the first available course report).
      5. In the Logs report page.
        1. confirm that the page output closely matches the one in the design prototype. (NOTE: ignore the ordering of the reports in the reports selector)

      6. Go back to the Course homepage.
      7. Go to Reports once again.
        1. confirm that you are redirected to the first available course report as previously and not the Logs report (assuming the logs report was not the first available course report).

      Manually remove/uninstall the default course reports

      • report/stats
      • report/progress
      • report/participation
      • report/outline
      • report/loglive
      • report/log
      • report/competency
      1. Login as admin.
      2. Create a Course and access the course.
      3. Go to Reports.
        1. confirm that there are no reports available and a notification message is displayed
