Error being displayed after deleting calendar subscription

      1. Login as admin
      2. Click Calendar from navigation block
      3. Press Manage subscriptions
      4. Press Import Calendar
      5. Under Import Calendar create a new subscription:
        • Calendar name: Test
        • Calendar URL: 

          https://www.officeholidays.com/ics/vietnam

      6. Press Import
      7. Change the Update frequency and press Update
      8. Confirm you see a blue info notification regarding "The 'Test' calendar subscription has been updated"
      9. Reload the page
      10. Confirm page reloads correctly
      11. Press Remove for the test subscription you created
      12. Confirm you see a blue info notification regarding "Calendar subscription Test removed"
      13. Reload the page
      14. Confirm page reloads correctly

      I have found this bug while peer reviewing MDL-71790.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to calendar manage subscriptions page and add a new subscription: 

         https://www.officeholidays.com/ics/vietnam

      2. Click Delete
      3. Reload the page.
      4. You'll see the error
