The core behat page resolvers need to:

strtolower for greater flexibility
search more fields:
- course: idnumber, shortname, fullname
- course cat: idnumber, name
- specific activities by name
fix a few bugs:
- Not possible to use the course category selector (wrong URL)
- course category one duplicates the word page
- Not possible to use the "Admin notification" selector (not specific enough)
