Log visibility change of log stores

      Testing Instructions:

      1. Navigate to /admin/settings.php?section=managelogging
      2. Click on eye icon to enable/disable available log stores for eg. Standard log
      3. Navigare to /report/configlog/index.php and confirm, that there are below entrie for tool_logstore_visibility:

      Disable to enable:

      Date First name / Surname Plugin Setting New value Original value
      x User x logstore_standard tool_logstore_visibility 1 0

      Enable to disable:

      Date First name / Surname Plugin Setting New value Original value
      x User x logstore_standard tool_logstore_visibility 0 1
