Right now, when deleting a course a whole backend log is displayed to the user.

Most users are not interested at all in this kind of information, and what's worse, it drags the completion message and the "Continue" button to the bottom of the page.

Can't we just have a toast notification with messages like "The course was deleted successfully" or "Oops, something went wrong" ?
