Description

Log in as a user to the module site
Go to where contain Atto
Click on "Insert or edit audio/video" icon or "Record audio" icon and attach audio/video on Atto
Click play that audio/video and click on ⋮ icon

Actual result : When the user clicks on the ⋮ icon it's not displaying download for the user

Expected result : When the user clicks on the ⋮ icon it's should be displayed download for the user and the user can download file
