Minor The goal of this tracker is to create a base class for baking up questions questions banks. This will allow, activities that have or use questions (e.g.: mod_quiz) to backup only questions that are being used (aka: quiz_slots). Also, this improve should restore questions banks used in the current context not in the course context as is right now.
