    Description

      Grades from HP5 activity are NOT saved when you use the Single Choice Question with the Moodle version as a standalone (Activity inserted via content bank). Tested on 3.9.8, MoodleCloud and Moodle 3.11. Results are shown when looking at the activity, but results are not sent to Gradebook.
