      Description

the language string "location" defined in moodle/lang.php is used in two place that are semantically incompatible, especially when used in language other than English:

      1. in user profile the string "location" it is used for "city"
      2. in "link to file or web site" resource type it is used for "URL"

While in English language the term "Location", although semantically different, can be correctly used in the two mentioned places, in some languages other than English the two terms are totally different thus it is impossible to use only one string for both the places where it is currently used.
