Editing profile misaligned checkbox form fields

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to Server > Web services > Manage tokens in site administration
      3. Create a token for yourself
        • Note: set the Valid until field well into the future (unless MDL-72464 is fixed)
      4. Select Profile from the user menu
      5. Click Edit profile
      6. Confirm that the Sign out everywhere label is aligned consistently with the other form fields

      Seems to be a small regression from MDL-70853, that moved the indentation of form fields from their .form-group container, to their inner label element .col-form-label

      Notice that Sign out everywhere is misaligned with the rest of the form fields

      The following field types don't currently add this class to their label element:

      • advcheckbox
      • checkbox
      • radio
