• As a teacher, create a forum with whole grading enabled and set to use a marking guide.
• Click the Grade users button to open the grading panel.
• Enter text for comments with return/line breaks for the first user.
• Browse to another user or away from the grading panel and then come back to the grading panel for the first user.

Expected: Text entered should appear as plain text.

What actually happens: HTML code is displayed for line breaks The HTML code is also displayed to the student when they use the View grades button from the forum.

When viewing the grading panel on an assignment that uses a marking guide, the line breaks appear to be stripped out and just the plain text is displayed to both the teacher in the grading panel and the student in the feedback.
