Make it easier to find a specific component in event list report

      1. Navigate to Reports > Events list in site administration
      2. Set the Filter > Component field to Activity modules > Choice and press Filter
      3. Confirm only \mod_choice events are listed
      4. Set the Filter > Component field to Admin tools > Accessibility toolkit and press Filter
      5. Confirm only \tool_brickfield events are listed

      When using the event list report, and trying to limit the listed events to those within a specific component/plugin it can be quite hard to find that component/plugin in the ungrouped/unordered list

      (This is the same proposed fix as that in MDL-70158)
