The Label resource should have an easier to understand name (Text and media area)

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Create a course.
      3. Enable editing mode.
      4. Add an activity or resource.
      5. Check "Label" has been renamed to "Text and media".
      6. Check the icon for the "Text and media" has changed (and is similar to the one displayed in version_B.png).
      7. Select "Text and media".
      8. Check the icon near the "Adding a new Text and media" title is similar to the one displayed in version_B.png (but in white&black).

      The word 'label' is normally used to mean something quite different than for a Label resource. Let's rename the Label resource to 'Text and media' so that it's easier to understand what it is.

      (Updated to amend the suggested name based on research into the name used in other software.)
