Hi,

We've found a fairly serious issue with the latest version of Chrome when setting up a new course on either MWP or MDL:

Google Chrome is up to date
Version 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (x86_64)

If you change the course format from anything other than the default setting, the page breaks without any errors.

Steps to recreate

• Create new course
• Scroll down to 'Course format' and change the format to anything else
• The page should then break.

This does not seem to be happening with older versions of Chrome 92.0 etc, only the release made on the 3rd of September.

We can't see why the pages are breaking as there is no error information available.
