When editing course settings and attempting to change course format using the dropdown on latest Google Chrome version 93.0.4577.63, the page crashes and displays Chrome's default Aw Snap error page with "Error code: SIGSEGV".  I've confirmed this behavior seems to be the same on both our internal platform as well as my clean install of core Moodle 3.9.9, and also happens on prior 3.9.7.  A few notes:

• This problem appears to be specific to Google Chrome version 93, and seems to happen on any release of Moodle 3.9/3.11 that I've tested so far - latest version of Edge 93 (Chromium-based) is also affected the same way.
• This problem does not happen on latest version of Opera, Firefox, or Safari, and also does not happen on prior Chrome/Edge version 92.
• There is no error output from page debugging, browser console, or in the webserver error logs on the server - the page just crashes with no additional information.

I've submitted an error report with this information to the Chrome team, but also wanted to submit here to see if others are also seeing this Chrome-specific problem with page crashes when changing course formats, and whether other dropdown-with-submit controls in the app are also affected.
