Set default style of toast notifications as "info"

      Default type

      1. Press Calendar from navigation menu
      2. Press Export calendar
      3. Fill in the form:
        • Events to export: All events
        • Time period: This month
      4. Press Get calendar URL
      5. Press Copy URL
      6. Confirm you see an information toast notification stating "Calendar URL copied to clipboard":

      Note that in order to make the "copy to clipboard" module show a warning, on Firefox we need to go to about:config and set dom.allow_cut_copy: false

      1. Repeat steps 1-5 as before
      2. Confirm you see a warning toast notification stating "Unable to copy text to the clipboard":

      Description

      We've had nice styling of 'core/toast' notifications per type since MDL-71089 (info, danger, warning, success) but as of yet there is no use of them in core

      It would be nice if the default type of these notifications was "info" as the default black box gives little/no indication of how the user should interpret the notification - comparison below:
