In MDL-71663 a new "move" option has been added to the current section and activities tool menú. The new option replaces the previous YUI move modal and offers a much clear view of the element destination thanks to the similarity to the course index structure.
However, as happens with the course index in MDL-72263, it's missing an aria-tree implementation to make it more accessible. The code needed to add aria-tree logic to the move option is quite similar to the solution proposed should be applied as well.
