When unenrolling from a course with self enrolment, the course name does not pass filters.

Covered by a Behat test.   Manual tests: Test in Boost and Classic. Enable multilang filter for content and headers. As a teacher, create a course and give it Course full name '<span lang="en" class="multilang">Course</span><span lang="it" class="multilang">Corso</span> 1'. Make the self enrolment method in the course visible. As a student, enrol to the course. As a student, unenrol from the course. Verify the message does not say 'You are unenrolled from the course "CourseCorso 1"' but 'You are unenrolled from the course "Course 1"'.
