    Description

      MDL-67959 attempted to fix this problem that the default group icons show within a forum when groups are used.  However, I see that there is still a problem in Moodle 3.11.3 (and probably earlier.)  I will upload a screenshot.  

      In this course, I have created groups and for "Current Picture" I have "None."  Yet, the default picture shows.

      I am using the Boost theme.
