PIVOT is reserved word for MSSQL 2005 (due to some functions using that name).

The glossary module is full of: SELECT xxx AS pivot FROM.... and all those sentences are broken!

Solution: Change all those AS PIVOT ocurrences to another thing (ideas are welcome) and change all the ocurrences of PIVOT inside the module too.

Trick: To be able to do it easily, I propose to change all the "pivot" ocurrences to "glossarypivot" or something similar. Trying it tomorrow.
