Description
Steps to reproduce
- As a student, log in to a course in which:
- A set of activities have been configured for manual self-completion
- Course completion tracking has been configured and includes those activities
- The "Course completion status" block has been added
- Select several activities as complete
- Un-select those activities
Expected behavior
- Upon un-selecting the previously selected activities, the "Course completion status" block should no longer indicate those activities as being complete
Actual behavior
- The "Course completion status" block continues to indicated the un-selected activities as being complete
More details
- Behavior confirmed after cron ran again after de-selecting previously completed activities
- For a student, course-level completion status is accurate (e.g., if course status is "completed" and I then de-select some of the required activities as completed, the course status reverts to "pending")
- If I log in to the course as an instructor and override an activity completion, via the "Activity Completion" report:
- As an instructor, the "course report" in the course completion status block does reflect updated completion data, and only the "x out of y" for required criteria is inaccurate
- As a student, both the "x out of y" data and what is presented via the "more details" link remains inaccurate
