Task log quick view does not open in new window after applying a filter

      1. Run cron (either manually, or wait for it to run) to ensure tasks have executed on a site.
      2. Login as admin.
      3. Navigate to Site administration -> Server > Tasks > Task logs.
      4. Click on "View" icon to display task log in a popup window.
      5. Click on "Filter" and set "Result" field to "is equal to"
      6. Click on "Apply" button
      7. Click on "View" icon to display task log and make sure is open in a popup window.

      7. Then it should open in a new window
