Random behat happening with favourite discussions

      Since 20 Sep 2021, we are getting this scenario failing, relatively often.

              Css_element matching locator "[title='Unstar this discussion']" not found. (Behat\Mink\Exception\ElementNotFoundException)

      it happens both in boost and classic and, until now, has been detected at very least in 311 and master (older branches may be also affected).

      It's not consistent at all (true random) so it may be hard to reproduce, if something, the last 2-3 failures have happened with (slower) Oracle.
