Remove section navigation on one section per page

      Classic - Confirm behat test passes

      Testing instructions

      Prerequisites:

      1. A course with 2 sections - Section 1 and 2
      2. A label within each section
      3. A student enrolled in the course

      Testing

      1. Log in as an admin
      2. Go to the course settings page
      3. Change the following settings:
        1. Course layout - 'Show one section per page'
        2. Hidden sections - 'Hidden sections are completely invisible'
      4. Click the 'Save and display' button
      5. Turn off editing
      6. Click on the Section 1 title
      7. Confirm you do not see the 'Jump to' dropdown at the bottom of the section
      8. Confirm you do not see the navigation links to Section 2 at the top and bottom of the section 1
      9. Click on the Section 2 from the course index
      10. Confirm you do not see the 'Jump to' dropdown at the bottom of the section
      11. Confirm you do not see the navigation links to Section 1 at the top and bottom of the section 2
      12. Repeat #6-#11 as the student
      13. Repeat  #1 - #12, after updating course settings:
        1. Formats: Weekly format
