It would be helpful to have a sitewide setting for the default participant page filters. Similar to the gradebook setting to only view active enrolments, where there is a sitewide default that can be set, and then teachers can individually change the gradebook preferences to show all enrolments.
We'd like to be able to set the default filter for active enrolments, since that is the largest use case on our campus. However we'd like the ability for individual teachers to be able to remove that filter to see all enrolments. This default would allow us to keep the participant page simple for the larger community of users who do not need to see dropped students, but would allow for the ability for those who need to see dropped students to do so.
