Remove current user tours

      Setup

      1. Have an existing Moodle site without this patch applied.

      Existing site test

      1. On the existing site, check out the latest branch containing this patch.
      2. As admin, run the site upgrade.
      3. Navigate to Site administration => More => Appearance => User tours.
      4. CONFIRM that all tours are disabled.

      New site test

      1. Create and install a new site.
      2. Navigate to Site administration => More => Appearance => User tours.
      3. CONFIRM that there are no user tours.

    Description

      There's no point in explaining the activity information to users. I tested the new (Moodle 4) layout and never saw users getting confused with the activity information. It's plenty self-explanatory as it is.

      I understand that the goal when adding these user tours was to highlight the changes in Moodle 3.11 to migrating 3.10 users. However, I don't think it's worth disturbing (and even confusing) users who didn't use Moodle before with information that only makes sense for users migrating between different versions.

       

      EDIT:

      We also have old dashboard, messaging, and old boost user tours in there. I see no reason to retain these. Let's remove all old user tours.
