We currently style the section heading tag (.sectionname) with a CSS background colour, to make the headings stand out. With the new expand/collapse icon placed next to the section heading tag, this background colour no longer spans the width of the sections area, which doesn't look right, and there is no tag to style with CSS that does span the width of the sections area. I suggest putting the section expand/collapse icon inside the section heading tag.
