Make sure Download H5P content types scheduled task has run Make Content bank repository available in Plugins -> Repositories --> Manage repositories. Create course and go to content bank. Create several different content types with the 'Add' button or upload different content types from h5p.org. Go to course, turn on editing, and add H5P activity In the "Package file" area, click the "Add" icon and select the "Content bank" repository. Verify individual icons appear for each different content type. Change between list and thumbnail views and verify icons are consistent.
