Content bank repository Icons should match content bank

      1. Make sure Download H5P content types scheduled task has run
      2. Make Content bank repository available in Plugins -> Repositories --> Manage repositories.
      3. Create course and go to content bank.
      4. Create several different content types with 'Create content' button or upload different content types form h5p.org.
      5.  Go to course, turn on editing, and add H5P activity
      6. In package area clink Add file and Content bank repository to view modal.
      7. Verify individual icons appear for each different content type.
      8. Change between list and thumbnail views and verify icons are consistent.

      The content bank displays icons for content that are specific to the content helping to distinguish H5P content The Content bank repository displays only a generic file type icon. All H5P contents look alike. Same icon in content bank should be used in repository
