Badge issuer email address is not using the default value

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Create user s1.
      3. Access to "Badges > Manage backpacks".
      4. Edit existing "https://badgr.io" backpack and Save changed (you don't need to modify anything).
      5. Go to "Badges > Badges settings" and set:
        • Badge issuer name = "Default issuer"
        • Badge issuer email address  = "defaul@moodle.com"
      6. Click "Badges > Add a new badge".
      7. Fill in required fields.
      8. Press Create badge.
      9. Add badge criteria Manual issue by role.
      10. Select "Teacher" and press Save.
      11. Press Enable access > Continue.
      12. Press Recipients.
      13. Press Award Badge.
      14. Select test user from Potential badge recipients, press Award Badge.
      15. Navigate to "Badges > Manage badges" in site administration.
      16. Press the Recipients column for your site badge.
      17. Press View issues badge for your test user (s1).
      18. Check the "Issued by" value is a link to an obfuscated email.
