When viewing a specific badge, the breadcrumb entry for "Manage badges" should be a link. In most pages it is not a link and there is no way to return to the "Manage badges" page. It is a link on the "Criteria" page.

This should be resolved on master in MDL-72904 but must also be addressed on supported stables.
