When using the setting for mod_book:

• Chapter Formatting: Bullets

The bullet points are not displayed when using Safari browsers. They are displayed correctly in Chrome or Firefox.

Tested on 3.9.11, 3.11.4 and https://school.moodledemo.net
Safari version: 14.1 and 15.0

Replication:

1. Create a course.
2. Turn editing on and add a Book.
3. set Chapter Formatting: Bullets
4. Add the first chapter.
5. Add the second chapter
   RESULT: There are no bullet points displayed when using Safari.
