Incorrect title formatting on inplace editable using a string with parameters

      1. Log in as Admin
      2. Go to "Site administration > Courses > Manage courses and categories" and create a  new course
      3. View this new course and go to the Participants page
      4. Click on "Enrol users"
      5. Select Admin User
      6. Press "Enrol selected users and cohorts" button
      7. Confirm Admin User is on the course participants page
      8. Click on "Admin User's role assignments"
      9. Select Manager role and click "Save changes"
      10. Place your mouse on top of the pencil icon in the roles column and confirm the popup message says "Admin User's role assignments"

      If we have an inplace editable element that uses a string with parameters for the title, the title gets formatted wrong after editing the value.

      For example this happens in Course participants page, if we add Admin user and we edit the roles and check the title popup. Same happens when editing column names in Report Builder Custom Reports.
