DESCRIPTION

The Lesson Report Overview is not accurately tracking multiple attempts once a submissions is made.

Despite only submitting one attempt, the Lesson Report Overview page no longer lists the other attempts as Not Completed.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
0. Create a course with an enrolled student
1. Create a Lesson
2. Add a question type for the Lesson (ex. Essay)
3 Login as student and open Lesson
4. Click in the Essay text field box, but do NOT submit
5. Navigate out of the Lesson activity (may need to log out as student to get multiple attempts to show)
6. Login as Instructor/Admin and note the Lesson Report Overview Attempt page.
-Attempts should show as Not Completed
7. Repeat steps 4-6 at least once
8. Login as student, open lesson, insert answer and submit.

OBSERVED BEHAVIOR:
All attempts are updated once one submission is made and other attempts no longer show as (Not Completed).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Previous attempts should either not be logged, be removed after a submission is made, or display (Not completed).

ADDITIONAL INVESTIGATION NOTES

Depending on the number of attempts and delay between each attempt, this can cause confusion if the instructor is relying on the Lesson Reports to confirm which attempt should be graded
