Images within the description of a page resource won't be displayed unless they are accompanied by text

Login as admin and create a course. Add a new resource "Page" to your course In the Description field, click in the editor on "Image" and add an image to the description page. You can check the "This image is decorative only" field. Add some content to the "Page content" field. In the Appearance section, ensure that the "Display page description" is checked.  Save and Display Check the image is displayed in the description field. Go to Page settings and under the image place the text "Random text" in the Description field. Save and Display Check the image and the random text are displayed. Go to Page settings and, in the Appearance section, uncheck the "Display page description" setting.  Save and Display Check the image and the random text are NOT displayed.
